Designed around you, built by hand
Every bespoke building starts with a conversation about how you'll use the space — then we design and build around it, from awkward corners and sloping plots to a very particular shade of green. All of our bespoke buildings use the same quality materials and construction throughout: 25mm TF pine floor decks with 32mm backing, 3x2 timber framing, 4x2 hardwood corner rails at 600mm centres, and weatherboard or ship-lap cladding.
Contemporary Bespoke Studios
Clean lines, flat or pent rooflines and full-height glazing bring the garden inside. Our contemporary studios are double glazed throughout with our own distinctive glazing style, and finished exactly to your specification — right down to the paint.
The exterior is quality painted using 4 coats of oil-based paint, or supplied plain for you to finish yourself. Add our YBS airtec insulating interior with hardwood-faced ply lining and softwood detailing for a room you can use all year round.
Traditional Garden Rooms
For a more classic look, our traditional garden rooms use pitched roofs, weatherboard cladding and softer detailing that settles naturally into a cottage garden. Every building is still built to the same high specification as our contemporary range — just with a different silhouette.
Ground preparation and base work are quoted separately, and we're happy to talk through options for both fully-assembled and self-assembly builds depending on how far you are from the workshop.
