Our Sale Price Buildings are manufactured from existing panels, projects and prototypes that weren't completed as originally intended — each one a genuine one-off. Stocks are limited and change regularly, so once a building is gone, it's gone.
How Our Sale Price Buildings Are Made
Our Sale Price buildings use the same quality materials and construction as our bespoke buildings:
- Floor decks: 25mm TF pine with 32mm backing
- Frame: 3x2 timber construction throughout
- Corner framing: 4x2 hardwood rails at 600mm centres
- Cladding: weatherboard / ship-lap
All flat-roof buildings are finished with EPDM rubber roofing — virtually leak-proof. Contemporary Style buildings are double glazed throughout with our distinctive glazing style (specification varies by building type — see individual listing for details).
